Eleven things I like about you
In no particular order:
1. You are intelligent. You are smart. And you have a great sense of humour. Three things I always wanted to see in myself.
2. I love the way you talk. And make me talk. No easy task, I say.
3. You know how to cheer me up. Heck.. even I dont know that!
4. Your smile.
5. The cute names you invent for me. Every one of them.
6. The way you put things in perspective. For me. For yourself.
7. Your career consciousness. I am not that intense myself.
8. Your spirit of independence. Its like an aura around you. I can feel it. It is impossible not to.
9. Your touch. It has got some magic. And a healthy dose of some anti-depressant.
10. Your sensuality. You evoke feelings I did not know existed in me.
11. I fell in love with you. And I have never been more happy in my life. Before I met you, I did not even believe that love can exist. You are the woman I thought I would be not be lucky enough to find. Between the two of us, I am the lucky one. I like that. A lot.
Love you.. can't wait for Thursday.

The Story So Far...
Long, long ago there lived on a planet two people
In fact, there lived many, but we are interested in a few
It’s a love story you see, only the people involved are new
Lets get the characters right first, and then begin we can
His name was dexter/dilber/viksy, call him what you will
Rhymed her name a little with "Ice Tea", with looks that could kill
They both lived happily, but not ever after, only before they met
Because once the cupid had struck, happiness had been redefined
And with Delhi-Jaipur-Bombay, to jinx their luck had resigned
Even though there is a happy beginning to all such stories
This one could pick up only from the intermission onwards
Sprinkled all the time with many slaps and a few rewards
When first time they held hands, it was the India Gate
Oh, that’s not a scam you idiot, just the name of the place
Not to suggest they didn't raise a scam, but in office space
First kiss at the Plaza had its share of trouble too
"Police, Police, Police" went some stupid jerk DC
But did they care? No. Busy kissing they were, you see
A hurdle here, a jinx there, trouble around the corner as well
And then it almost tumbled down but true love must pass the test
Of course, true love it was, so it came back with added zest
It was a love story after all, almost like puppy love
With many smiles, some tears and lots of laughter
And as you might guess, they lived happily ever after
